I see now

Being in management for over twenty five years, then returning to school in persuit of my education in I/O Psychology has given me great insight into American organizaiontions' dysfunctions. Having the ability to work as a subordinate while going to school has givien me some great insights into why many American companies are failing, and it is not economics driving this failure!
